Why should Oamaru be Eco-friendly?

Through this letter I hope to persuade you some reasons why I believe Oamaru should be an Eco-friendly community to stop the impact of Climate Change. Why? You may ask. Well, do you hope for a harmless environment, longer existence of animals and plants, improvement of health and cleanliness of our Ocean? Oamaru becoming Eco friendly is the first step of fulfilling these things. Doing so will also influence other regions to make a change. Taking this first step will hopefully give the following generations the future and life they deserve. 

To begin with, taking this thought into consideration would be a show of our community doing its part in making the planet a harmless environment. We would also be minimizing the pollution that is exposed into the Earth’s precious atmosphere. from this we will be stopping air pollution, which for every living thing is great because we will be breathing fresh and healthy air. If Oamaru was to become Eco friendly we would also be reducing the amount of landfill and rubbish decomposed into our country. Which, as a plus would also save families a lot of money spent on rubbish being taken out. Together we can put a stop to climate change by becoming an Eco friendly district.

Secondly, taking this sensible move will hopefully influence other regions to also become Eco friendly. You see, if Oamaru were to take this step of becoming Eco friendly we as a community, would be influencing other regions to do so too. This would be an extraordinary development because before we know it the whole of New Zealand would be Eco friendly. Just imagine what other countries around the world would think, perhaps even they too would be deeply influenced and would do the same. The world would be a truly better place. Don’t you think so too?. And all the inspiration came from the first step our community could make. In saying that it won’t be easy, but I believe that we can become Eco friendly if you do this together.

Thirdly, we could be saving many precious living things this world possesses. If you think about it, our town becoming Eco friendly could possibly save life on Earth. We would be saving the habitats of many marine species as well as giving them a longer existence of a healthy life. But not just marine animals but all spices that live on Earth, including humankind. If we act now we could stop climate change, which would then offer a healthy and better future for the following generations. At the moment the future of humankind isn’t so promising, but if we make a change sooner we could endure a longer, healthier and happier life for the generations to come.We all want the best life for those next in the world, so becoming Eco friendly could possibly fulfil these hopes. We all hope to see the Earth at its best, and I believe becoming Eco friendly will give us the world we hope to see. Together we can make a change.

In conclusion, I think that taking this thought into consideration would show the means of our community taking responsibility to make the world a harmless environment, a longer existence of plant and animal species, influence to other regions and an improvement of health. In saying this it won’t be easy, but I believe that together we can make a change for the better of our environment.
